And consumers, communities, and the growth of regional content and digital entrepreneurship will continue to drive content marketing in the years to come. Renowned speakers, thought leaders and think tanks from the content marketing and brand space had gathered for conversations covering aspects of Fintech, EdTech, enterprise and brand building when it comes to content at the 2021 Global Content Summit called Elevate.
The 10-hour Virtual Content Summit which brought together the biggest names from a wider range of industries and the world was hosted on Saturday, October 23. Elevate saw the participation of more than 50 speakers and industry think tanks as part of the roundtables. The Summit attracted over 3,000 participants. Content generation and marketing opportunities have multiplied over the past two years, consumers, communities, regional content and digital entrepreneurship will continue to drive the growth of the content marketing industry which rises currently at $400 billion, market experts were speaking at Elevate – the Global Content Summit, 2021.

Content marketers and executives reiterated the importance of regional content. Pandemic-driven developments over the past two years have forced businesses to recognize the role of content marketing. Content marketing is evolving and it’s not just about blogging anymore. Many new factors are shaping the future of content marketing, such as OTT platforms and video content. “OTT platforms are a great example of dubbing content into different languages depending on how much traction a particular content gets,” said Ranjeet Pratap Singh, co-founder and CEO of Pratillipi.
“Having particular content made available in a particular language or dialect makes it much more relevant. In terms of engagement, the more content that is available in different dialects, the more audiences it reaches,” said Supriya Paul, Director. and co-founder, Josh Talks.
Founded in October 2017 by BITS Pilani alumni Anirudh Singla and Rishabh Shekhar, the company has over 400+ customers and is already creating outstanding products around content with over 30,000+ independent creators applying to Pepper. With this funding, it plans to enter new content categories such as video and audio, expand into new geographies such as Southeast Asia, and expand its current product.
