County Down advertising and marketing agency Ardmore has bought a digital marketer from Belfast for an undisclosed sum to meet growing e-commerce demand.
Built for Growth Digital (BFG Digital), formerly known as Export Technologies, has a range of leading clients in the UK and Ireland and has been in business since 2000.
He said he has generated sales of £1.5billion for his clientele, which includes Ann’s Cottage, Camping World, Newbridge Silverware and DV8 Fashion, since then.
BFG Digital, which is based at the Catalyst Innovation Center in Belfast, has 20 staff and is the latest addition to Ardmore which has around 60 at its Holywood base.
Ardmore said the takeover will help it capitalize on the growing demand for e-commerce solutions as more businesses turn online to reach ever more distant customers.
