Delphin Varghese

Delphin Varghese, Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer, AdCounty Media, strictly defends the work-from-home approach highlighted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently at a two-day national labor conference. He underscored the importance of an WFH ecosystem that prioritizes flexible working hours and boosts participation in the female workforce. From January to March 2022, women constituted 20.4% of the labor force in India, according to the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation. It remained stable at around 20%.

Varghese says:AdCounty Media employees will be free to operate from any location, with no requirement to be physically present in the office. Additionally, we will set up functional and flexible co-working spaces in selective areas that will cater to people who occasionally want to work from the office. We would also hold quarterly team meetings in our respective countries to mitigate inter and intra-team barriers promoting transparency and effective communication and, therefore, improving productivity. This “work from anywhere” option will certainly open the doors of employment, especially for people from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, which will ease the physical restrictions imposed due to geographical limitations.
