This unexpected need in their life requires us to be in the right position to be there when they need us. They’re reading our website or checking out our reviews because they’re ready to buy.

Every day people in our market need what we offer. People are looking for companies like ours. It is imperative that we get more than our fair share from the people who need us today. This means consistently appearing in multiple places on the first page of Google (or any search engine) for a range of search terms.

Having a strong internet presence is of crucial importance, which is why today, a digital internet marketing program is a marketing foundation, but it has its limitations. These limitations are offset by the strengths of the last two marketing compartments: direct response and branding.

By working closely with the owner, marketing manager, service managers and sales staff, you will help grow the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other missions may be assigned.

  1. Become a digital market expert, know customer needs and develop brand strategies that communicate a compelling message to drive our vision.

  2. Manage current local search, SEO and PPC campaigns that will promote our core services and bring potential customers to our doorstep.

  3. Continue to promote our brand message: trust, experience and community

  4. Develop and disseminate our core services marketing messages through social media marketing avenues like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

  5. Develop and deliver marketing messages of our core services via email marketing.

  6. Work with partner agencies to improve our online reputation through reviews.

  7. Develop and manage partner agencies such as Home Advisors, Yelp, etc. when it comes to digital marketing budget

  8. Ensure all marketing activities are local and personal

  9. Allocate budget, track results, and fine-tune digital marketing efforts accordingly.

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily.   • Strong team leadership, ROI measurement and accountability results
