L’Oréal USA has appointed Han Wen Chief Digital and Marketing Officer for L’Oréal USA, effective immediately.
Han Wen succeeds Marc Toulemonde, who was appointed digital and marketing director of L’Oréal USA in November 2020.
Wen will serve as a member of the L’Oréal USA management committee. In his new role, Wen will lead the company’s digital transformation at the enterprise level, in partnership with its divisions and brands. Its scope includes a focus on consumer knowledge and intelligence; digital go-to-market strategies; business innovation; media planning and buying; and the creation of a center of excellence in digital content and services.

Wen brings expertise from the Professional Products Division (PPD) of L’Oréal USA, where she led the digital transformation of the PPD business in the US since 2017. In this role, she leveraged a digital marketing approach and data-driven to enable brands to reach the consumer on all platforms and at every moment of the customer life cycle during a period that has been marked by a five-fold increase in the weight of the e-commerce activity of the division.
Prior to this role, Han served as Global Digital Director for the L’Oréal Paris brand. Han joined L’Oréal after spending two years at Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) and almost eight years with the Clarins Group where she was the group’s digital director. In this role, Han was responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level business, technology and innovation strategies.
