Infosys Oddity Deal: Infosys Completes Acquisition of Digital Marketing Company Oddity

Bengaluru: Infosys announced today that it has completed the acquisition of German digital marketing agency Oddity. This follows the announcement made by the company last month.

The acquisition further strengthens Infosys’ creative, branding and experience design capabilities, and demonstrates its continued commitment to co-create with its customers and help them navigate their digital transformation journey, according to an exchange file.

“Oddity brings Infosys a comprehensive service portfolio including digital-first brand management and communication, in-house production including virtual and augmented reality, experience design and e-commerce services as well as its configuration ready for the metaverse across Europe,” the company statement read.

Oddity will be part of another Infosys marketing company, Wongdoody, and will join its network of studios in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Providence, Houston and London, as well as design centers in five Indian cities.
