The acquisition further strengthens Infosys’ creative, branding and experience design capabilities, and demonstrates its continued commitment to co-create with its customers and help them navigate their digital transformation journey, according to an exchange file.
“Oddity brings Infosys a comprehensive service portfolio including digital-first brand management and communication, in-house production including virtual and augmented reality, experience design and e-commerce services as well as its configuration ready for the metaverse across Europe,” the company statement read.
Oddity will be part of another Infosys marketing company, Wongdoody, and will join its network of studios in Seattle, Los Angeles, New York, Providence, Houston and London, as well as design centers in five Indian cities.

Last month, Infosys announced that it would pay €50 million and also buy another company Kristall 247 for €3,000 to complete the above cash deal.
