Saban Music Group is delighted to welcome a creative and digitally savvy social media expert to join our fast-paced environment! This Digital Marketing Manager will be instrumental in developing campaigns that will raise brand awareness in the digital arena to promote Saban Music Group’s roster of Latin artists. This person will be up to date with the latest social media trends and well versed in website analytics and data analysis tools. They will help the digital marketing team define a digital content strategy, such as content creation for SEO, social media, blogs, websites, emails, videos, etc. align branding and messaging with more traditional marketing materials to promote brand consistency. Ability to be versatile across the multiple pillars of music entertainment: recording, editing, touring, branding, gaming, and merchandising.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Managing the Global Digital Vision for Latin Artists
  • Oversee artists’ social media, website and emails on a daily basis with a focus on fan acquisition, engagement and retention
  • Develop social media growth strategies for established and developing artists
  • Work with management and other departments to maintain the editorial calendar on all social platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams including commercial sales, marketing, creative, artist development, brand management, video creative and advertising to coordinate SMG artist messaging and content creation for platforms social media and direct-to-consumer campaigns
  • Gather data and analytics to pull insights from social media platforms and email campaigns to implement best practices
  • Communicate updates and best practices to SMG artists, internal teams and management
CONDITIONS:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Mid-level experience in digital/social media marketing, CRM, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer marketing and/or related field; favorite music industry
  • Must have a love for all things social media, trending, writing captions, and a passion for Latin music and culture
  • Must have a general understanding and experience with Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads Studio and other performance marketing platforms
  • Desire to be aware of all new trends, memes and digital platforms
  • An insatiable thirst for innovation, experimentation and reinvention
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and analytical skills; effectively manage multiple projects and function effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Must be passionate about fan-driven digital strategies
  • Possess a problem-solving attitude to get things done no matter the challenge
  • Creative sense of online consumption, engagement and growth
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and move projects forward with limited assets
  • Ability to navigate a complex planning culture and gain approvals from busy executives
  • In-depth knowledge of interactive technologies and communication tools
